FERROGRAPH SUPER 7 (COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKING) (SOLD)

A very fine example of the rare Super 7 this machine has only one owner from brand new, been boxed for many years.

I have re-polished the heads, replaced the Idler wheels, cleaned and tested the unit. Comes with its original box and packing for delivery. The owner was unable to find the user manual, but this can be found on the net. Though in many ways an easier tape machine to use than the basic 7 model.

This unit offers 3 speeds 3.5, 7.5 and the important 15 inches per second.

This is one of the best Ferrograph's I have had the pleasure to use, the larger VU meters are first class and that it can take up to 10.5 inch with NAB spools takes it to another level. Controlled by a reel size selector which adjusts then torque of the motor to suit heavier reels.

It offers multi inputs either from microphone from the front to line inputs at the top rear panel. The audio is supported via two 7 inch by 4 inch elliptical speakers with an audio amplifier 30 Htz to 17 Khz rated at 10 Watts per channel.

Comes complete with mains lead, tape and spool with a pre-recorded British comedy taken from the radio for reference and 6 months guarantee
