Zenith Trans-oceanic Radios

I have serviced a few of these radios and being totally impressed with the quality have decided to offer models at times for sale.

Hacker radios by reputation are brilliant, the sound quality in my opinion has not been bettered on portable receivers and build quality would be equal to a Jaguar car. The Zenith portable receivers on the other hand in build quality have to be matched to a Rolls Royce. These radios can and do offer VHF with the option to use it just as a FM tuner allowing you to connect direct to an amplifier. But lets be honest these receivers were built with short wave in mind
